All items are sold AS-IS. Items are available for your inspection during the designated preview time as noted in the Auction Details, or by appointment if necessary. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. No responsibility is assumed by Jacob Auctions Ltd. or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. Bidders are reminded that all goods are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. 

If you are the successful high bidder, you own the item and will be responsible for full payment. Payment and pickup as noted in Auction Details.

15% Buyer Premium in Effect (Capped at $1000.00 per item) and HST where applicable. 
Payment will be E-Transfer, Cash, Interac or Cheque. Send E-Transfers to dave@jacobauctions.com Cheques payable to Jacob Auctions Ltd.  Visa and Mastercard will be subject to a 3% administration fee. 

Any items not picked up by Wednesday September 2 at 6:00 PM Will be considered abandoned and you will be charged for disposal.
