Bidders are reminded that all goods are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. 

If you are the successful high bidder, you own the item and will be responsible for full payment. Payment and pickup as noted in Auction Details.

15% Buyer Premium in Effect and HST applicable. 
Payment will be E-Transfer, Cash, Interac or Cheque. Send E-Transfers to dave@jacobauctions.com Cheques payable to Jacob Auctions Ltd.  Visa and Mastercard will be subject to a 3% administration fee. 

Shipping available on a per lot basis. Fee is $15.00 per package plus the cost of shipping. 

Any items not picked up by Thursday June 26 at 7:00PM Will be considered abandoned and you will be charged for disposal.
