- The property is legally described as follows: All and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying in the City of Sarnia, known as Concession 2 West Part Lot 13 (1724 Plank Road) Roll No. 3829-400-05154600.0000
- The property shall be sold subject to a reserve bid which need not be disclosed.
- The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In case of dispute between bidders the property shall immediately be put up again. No person shall retract their bid.
- The purchaser shall at the time of the sale pay a deposit of $50,000.00 and the sale shall be completed on or before the 31st day of March 2026, when the balance shall be paid subject to the usual adjustments. Immediately after the sale the purchaser shall sign a contract to complete the sale according to these conditions.
- All adjustments of insurance, taxes, local improvement rates, and other assessments are to be apportioned to the date of completion of the sale when possession shall be given.
- The purchaser shall not be entitled to any abstract or other evidence of title not in possession of the vendor.
